My Mom used to buy us big hollow rabbits from the local homemade candy place. Damn things were like 14” tall. I’d put it in a bag & smack it with a hammer. So I guess I killed it and then started with whatever hunk of rabbit torso I grabbed first.
Smaller ones, I’d go ears. Seems natural.
