Yeah, i heard that too, it wasnt until i made a phone call to Fred Beans until the confusion was cleared up. All camaro's and firebirds from 2001 up git a version of the LS6 / Z06 clutch but not the real deal, teh difference is the pressure plate. If you look up the P/N from a GM dealership for a OEM clutch for a 2002 camaro vs. a Z06 you will see the part numbers are different. Also a guy on tech posted a picture of the LS1 clutch and pressure plate that came out of his WS6 and the new Z06 clutch and pressure plate he was installing and teh springs were clearly bigger.
