Cherokee from '87-'01, Wrangler from '87-'06 (whenever they stopped making the last body style), and Grand Cherokee from '94-'98. All those wheels will physically bolt on, but the Rubicon wheels are 17's and come with 31's from the factory, so they will not bolt onto your XJ unless it's lifted. Now, if there's no tires, or shorter than stock tires, you'll be fine.
