didnt really read the responses but i was looking for the same thing and found this sight..
http://autolumination.com/ i dont no if you saw that one yet or not but yea. there it is. i was looking to get brake light bulbs too but it says "The BRAKER strobes brightly at 20 flashes per second for two seconds every time you hit the brakes.
.........After 2 seconds the lights stays bright as long as your foot is on the brake."
