Best thing to do to a 305 is fill it with cement and use it as a boat anchor
In all seriousness, Ive been down the road of 305's many times, and I had no luck. Good luck with what your trying to accomplish. You cant really "make" a naturally aspirated 305 go fast without weight reduction IMO.
