Is the car going to be a driver or a garage queen? Are you in NJ? If you drive it daily and live in NJ, I wouldn't lower much at all due to our POS roads. The tint will also attract a lot of police attention so don't go too dark. The blacked out headlights will also attract police attention so that might not be worth it either. If you're not in NJ, then ignore what I said.

Oh, by the way, you'll never be able to tow a boat if you lower it too far!
