if you get headers and an off road y-pipe you can jsut go to an exhaust shop with the cats or ask them for cats with flanges on them so you can swap them on and off easily.
any exhaust place will be able to do the work for ya pretty easy. just make sure they use some sort of flanges on the cats and pipes and don't just slip fit and clamp it. once pipes are clamped together for a while they can be a complete PITA to get apart.
