whats cool about the vx8300 (and probably higher models) is that you can change the resolution of the pictures. obviously a higher resolution takes up more space, not that much though, maybe the highest quality is like 250-300kb. thats a drop in the bucket if you have a 1gb card. i have a 512mb card in my phone and i have 146 pictures of various quality, 23 videos varying in length from 5 seconds to 3 minutes, and about 100 mp3s on my phone just to give you an idea of how much it holds (and theres still 46mb left!)
oh yea it has 27mb of internal memory too if you dont want to buy a card.
