It happens but at least there is the attempt.
Looks like I'm driving 20 min to get the refills since I can't track one down closer. I may have to plan my nitrous use for when I visit my future in-laws in south jersey. There is a place supposedly right in Deptford. If anything, I'll post that I'm going down to get mine filled and take other people's bottles if they want since I'm going (if I like them). However this may end prematurely when everyone notices their bottles only weigh enough for 9lbs of n2o.
