between teh th350 and the 200-4r the drive shaft stays the same, just a change in the crossmember because of the trans mounting length.
there has been an ongoing debate for a long time about which is better, the 700 or the 200. both can be built to handle 700-800ft/lbs on teh input for a hefty price. a lot of racers tend towards the 200 because it can be changed over to roller bearing internals and also has a smaller gear split between first and second so you don't see nearly as much RPM drop on the shift.
