Looking for someone who has the capability/wants to tune a car running a commander 950 ecu.

Its a 79 T/A with a 403 olds. (TBI setup, hooker long tubes, no cats, duals,etc)Car is fully wired up and runs on a base map. Need it tuned for a customer. If anyone can do it, and wants to, let me know when you can and how much.
