I did a set of LTs on a 94 TA back in the 90s, so I'd be more then happy to share what ever I remember.

First word of advice I'd give you is to start spraying down the stock manifold bolts n' Y-pipe bolts with P B Blaster a few days before you plan on doing the installation. Then there are 2 schools you can follow to get the headers in: put them in from the bottom, or drop the engine and k frame down to put them in.
PS: Where abouts in Hillsboro are you? I live in Somerset, and we have a few guys in Hillsboro n' Piscataway who are pretty good w/ a wrench.
