In my opinion, basically it will work, but will probably hurt the cars performance.

I have no experience with that intake, but have worked with the stealth on a 355 and 383.

The stock TPI was designed with long runners that are for torque down low. The shorter runners of the Stealth or Holley unit and extra volume in the plentum will hurt your torque. I would assume even more so on a 305 then a 350. The 305 is restricted by it's heads ( small valves = no air flow ), and with less displacement you need all the torque you can get!
