collector sticker is just registration and inspection. you keep regular plates. you have to have collector/pleasure vehicle insurance to get it. cant be a daily driver. youre limited to i think 3000 miles per year. you get an upsidedown triangle sticker, and dont get any kind of inspection - emissions, tires, tint, apparently nothing. they check your odometer, make you drive around the block to see if it works/accurate, and thats it.
