Remember what I said, they can deny a claim based on false information. And if you lie on an app, that is technically insurance fraud, which is now falls under the criminal statutes in NJ. Fraud is one of the big things that drives up our premiums.
These type of companies get very few claims, so I am confident they properly investigate all claims. If you have a claim for an event at the place you claim to garage it and they see no garage, good luck.
