I just went through inspection today and passed, but I took the cutout off and simply made a block off plate. They didn't say a word. They did check to see if the car had cats mulitple times. The car smells a little bit, I think the cats might be missing some internal parts, but am not sure.

Good for another two years.

My cutout is at the end of intermediate pipe and I think the car makes better power with it closed? I need to get to the track to confirm this though. SOTP tells me the car pulls harder and hustles through the RPM's better with the additional backpressure, but it could be the cooler weather that is fooling me. Maybe Friday at ATCO I'll find out. The car sounds meaner with it open, that's for sure.
