... I thought my yearly 3.5% was bad. My company (I work for Caci a gov. contractor on Mcguire) is good though if your an exceptional worker my boss can put in for a bigger raise. Last year I got a 6% and ive already been promised another raise on top of the anual when our new contract kicks in in a few mths. Keep up the hard work is all I can say, it'll pay off in the end.
