You could be right, I know on the 90-92 SD cars you can do some speedo calibration in the chip if need be (like in large amounts. I had a T56 in my car at one point, and all I used was the stock 7730 to correct the speedo) I kinda figured that 93's the ECM took control over that aspect.... I could be wrong tho.
