K, congrats on your new job. NJM is known in some circles as 'nazi insurance'. They run a
very tight ship - but that is the primary reason for their success. You will find out quickly do not be late and to follow their protocols to the 'T'. Up until a year or so ago they had a bell to signal start & end of lunch (or something along those lines). LOL
But you will also find a lot of long timers there, and they have never had layoffs. So it has a lot of upside!
