1. youll have a hard time finding someone to tune your car, i think. or maybe thats just the 93-95 LT1s. do you have any reason for removing the EGR/AIR? neither really provide THAT much benefit to warrant going through the work to remove them + cost of tuning, in my opinion anyway.

2. Can you just buy a catted Y-pipe? thats probably the easiest and cheapest way to go.

3. Go with whatever size the collector is on the header, then step down at the catback if need be...but i believe full 3" would be best if you get a 3" catback too, since fbodies arent true duals.

4. Magnaflow is one of the best, but is kinda pricey in comparison....flowmasters are cheap, but IMO they sound like crap on a SBC, and yes they offer slightly less flow. if you can swing the extra cash, get the magnaflow, looks great, sounds great, flows great...and its not TOO expensive.
