When I started watching they had Chevy,Buick,Olds,Pontiac and Fords running...I liked it when the teams used to argue with NASCAR because the Poncho's had more downforce on the nose,the Ford's had more on the rear,etc. etc. If I want cookie cutter cars I'll watch IRL or ChampCar. When Earnhardt SR. was running, you could spin a guy out..."rubbin' is racing" now it gets you a fine. I'm also unhappy with the "sanitization" of NASCAR. It was started by a bunch of shine runners. Today they're trying to make it squeaky clean like Disney. Guys get fined points and money for what they say in the press....WTF?
