^True enough. I always take into account me doing my own work. LS1 would definitely be the better approach. Hell, LS7 would be amazing. It's just different.
And by the way, I totally forgot about the new front springs/shocks. In all honesty, the only reason it's something even remotely appealing is because of the dramatic weight loss made to the car, and even moreso since it's in the front of the car. An LS1 still weighs 270lbs more than an SR20. I'm a little busy with a 240Z build at the moment, but this is something I'd definitely try out as a project some day.
