sorry to hear about what's happening with your family. you guys are getting rocked, for sure.
as an aside, AC used to be a beautiful city. it was THE place to pass the summer months, and some of my family decided to stay there year round. they've all passed on now, so no family remains in AC. i think if they were still alive, they would've moved out when the casinos moved in.
p.s. bubba: did you happen to take any pictures/video of the improvements? that sure goes a long way in explaining things to the insurance company...
