First off I didnt even realize you were in high school. Second good job, im assuming you will most likely be on the show. Third if its going to take you being on a tv show for you to change, then you have alot of work to get done. Ok so you want to lose weight, thats easy, eat less and hang out with me so you can be DaSkinnyGuy Jr. You want to gain muscle, boy you better start with some simple push ups. Do sets of 20 push ups if you dont do them at all ( i am only saying to start at 20 because i have no idea what you are capable of ). Become confident, boy that is a process you gain starting from a child. You most likely need to stop thinking you have such a bad life. If that is a problem. Gain focus, tv show isnt going to help to much, thats also something that your parent should have taught you when you were playing base ball. Keep your eye on the ball. Become a hockey player, ehhh its as simple as practice pratice pratice. I leanred that with BMX biking. took me a few years just to be able to pull off a 180. Yea if you are on the shore, you are going to change just for that time being, but after the show is over, its all up to you what you take in of what you learned and practiced. Hopefully being that your in highschool its not to late to teach an old dog new tricks. if i can think of some more advise i will hit the edit button but thats all.
