Lots of hate towards the Penguins. lol. I would have thought most NJ hockey fans, at least the ones that live in central or southern NJ would hate the Rangers. No offense to Rangers fans, but it was great to see Jagr get booed at the Mellon Arena in game 2 of the series. I can't believe he left so much history behind in Pittsburgh to play for another team. I mean it was Lemieux and Jagr all the time. Plus, he was bad mouthing Crosby and Malkin, saying they aren't as talented as Lemieux and himself. To me Lemieux will always be number 1 for the Penguins, but I think Jagr bit off more than he could chew when he said that. I can't believe Shanahan left the Wings either to go play for the Rangers. Some of my past favorite players are on the Rangers. This could be said about a lot of teams, but I am starting to see a trend with the Rangers. They generally have older players on the team. Playing for the Rangers is almost like a retirement plan for some. Messier, Gretzky, Jagr (Assuming he stays with the Rangers long enough), same goes for Shanahan.

I am just not a Ranger fan. Although, I must admit, Lundqvist was really good in game 4 with saves. Maybe others would disagree, but I watched the majority of game 4 where the Pengs lost and they didn't seem to be too into the game like the other games. Malkin's penalty shot looked so nonchalant and they were making crappy mistakes with having too many people on the ice at one time. Hopefully the home advantage will work Sunday afternoon so Pittsburgh could wrap this up.

I am also hoping the Sharks win against the Stars too. I'd rather see Detroit vs the Sharks, because I think Dallas is a stronger team than the Sharks so far. Hopefully Detroit cankeep their momentum. Now that the Sharks won tonight, that will give the REd Wings more practicing and rest time.
