There is no hub to remove, you have to take the axle out of the housing in order to get the old studs out and the new ones in.

If I were you I'd spend a few extra bucks and get good studs (like ARPs) since you're using the adapters. A little extra insurance is far better then ruining your car and maybe injuring yourself or others.
