I think i've only ever had one cop tell me he thought my exhaust was too loud. Every other time my exhaust was mentioned, it was usually the cop telling me it sounded good, and then talking about either their own car or someone they knew having a similar car (this is in one of teh 2nd gens i mean).
guess I just get the good cops. I even got away with doing a burnout in a parking lot once, because I was honest about it
