if your old system has piping to the i-pipe, you should be fine. might need an adapter but other then that, you can make it work. slp sells the loudmouth without the s pipe, because the 96-97 and 95 vert cali cars had dual cats so they sell the s pipe separate for the 93-95's.
not sure how any of this pertains to magnaflow but its what i know...slp carries a few different s pipes for the 3rd gens, see what is good for you
