Exactly the problem I have with mine. Got mine from 1A Auto. The materials are quality, but installation takes a little effort since the headliner doesn't exactly line up with the dome light or sun visor posts.
Mine is up, but like the post above, I can move it up and down by pushing on it. It's not flush with the t-top bar or upper part of the windshield.
