Mine completely desintegrated so it wasn't an option. The headliner litteraly fell on my head in dusty pieces as I was changing out the interior over 2 years ago.
Definately go with ABS, not fiberglass for the headliner. You need some flex installing and eventually removing the headliner. Plus the fit is usually a little off, so enlarging the holes is typical, and much easier with ABS.
