1. My almost seventy year old grandma uses skype, I think anyone with half a brain can figure it out.
2. You do not have to buy a headset, those are a pain, just buy a separate mic that can be placed anywhere on your desk and a camera that's mounted somewhere and you are set. Not that hard.
3. And yes i meant my mother uses skype to skype connection. And regarding the "not everyone has it" - it takes less then 5 minutes to get it. Get a computer with an ISP and hello free phone. I have NOT used a landline since I moved to US. Its almost been 10 years now, they became obsolete a long time ago.
