If you still are basically stock, AKA - still have stock manifolds, go with stock plat. plugs. Only becuase they are such a pain to change, you want plugs that will last a long time.

If you're looking for performance and don't mind changing the plugs ( I'd guess 2-years, 40K ), then I would go with NGK TR55s ( .40 gap ).
