From previous posts I thought you were setting this up to be a drag car. I guess I'm asking what your goal here is, what are you trying to acheive? Not trying to be a spoilsport, I just hate to see you throw $$ out the wrong window.
Did you already buy the springs? Eibachs & 2nd gens don't always work out (just ask Big Al). I hope you don't end up with a 3"+ drop. Maybe one of the drag guys can chime in on your suspention plans. I'm not familiar enough with that to help in detail, but I didn't think dropping the front was helpful in drag racing.
If drag racing is the forethought here, why bother with the squeaks & such of poly? Why not just stock rebuild (do they even need it)? 90/10s kind kill handling anyway. With the rest of the f/e, I'd just check it all and make sure it is ok (idler arm, center link especially). If you do rebuild the arms, ball joints make sense so you don't have to do them again, not that they are terribly difficult to do..
What arms are you looking at that cost $1200?

Feather-light suspension, Konis just couldn't hold. I'm so glad I took a look inside your showroom doors.
Hey everybody, it's good to have you on the Baba-too-da-ba-too-ba-ba-buh-doo-ga-ga-bop-a-dop
