NOTE: I have a sale pending on the plates from another site, but they'll be going overseas.

Santino: I called DMV to find out about that, and they'll send me a letter asking if I intend to reuse the plate. All I have to do is tell them no and they'll issue up a new pair to you. You'll still have to pay the same $50 registration fee for personalized plates. Let me know if you're going to apply so I'm sure to respond to the DMV letter.
