Ok, so from reading everyones replies,
heres a list of **** thats the problem
1. EMISSIONS
2.HORN
3. ENGINE LIGHT(not even monitored by a computer)
My car runs really rich...
The only emissions control on the car - Cat
as for the horn, Im going to wire up a total different horn.. should cost 12 bucks...
