I can't give you a price, but welding in new floor pans are easy. If you have access to a MIG welder, just cut out the rust and weld in a new piece.
Take a wire wheel to it and see how bad the rust is. Take the surface rust off and see how much needs to be cut off. Get a piece of metal (16 gauge I believe) and weld it in.
Take care of that problem as quickly as you can. I faced the same situation on my car. I was lazy and just did a quick fix. Took off the surface rust, painted over it and tossed the new carpet on. The rust was only about a 1 inch scar.
Now, about a year later, a 12 inch scar has formed before I didn't do it right the first time.
