Ok, I have narrowed it down to that the computer automaticly updates itself, IE no longer works.
I go to system restore, undo the updates, and it works.
Problem is....I turned off the auto-updates, but this morning...TADA! Log in screen, and same thing.
Aim starts and works, IE is a no go.
I am gunna turn the auto updates off again
