when you talk to the prosecutor, he will make a deal with you. this is called a plea bargain. they don't care about points and crap if you have a good record, like yourself. ask if you can plead to unsafe operation of a motor vehicle. you will get it and pay the $400 plus dollar price tag and walk out with a smile! easy as pie
