It is used Jeff. Float spring is in the correct way, tho it has a little slack. The float it self doesnt have any holes in it or anything either.
Im getting a renew kit from holley and rebuilding this puppy.
New diaphram, secondairy cams. power valve. needle and seats, ect ect. & ill pick up a new float while im at it.
