I use to do track then i quite because i had to work. Just go out and run on the streets. Go to places if you can with higher elevation. Even going to somewhere in NJ with an elevation of 1,000ft or higher can help. Believe me i grew up in hopatcong average elevation of 1,000ft and when i go to cape may and ride my bike or run its so much easier. If you can go out and ride a bike also. Running and biking build different muscles those muscles will help work together for endurance.
