Hesitation question ????
I have a 1992 Chevy Tahoe 350 TBI, just noticed the other day that when i rev the truck a little when its in gear once i let off the gas the engine stumbles and runs rough for a few seconds and then pops right back up to smooth idle.
I first noticed it when i was stoped at a light on a hill behind another car and i moved up a few feet, once i let off the gas it almost died and shot back up to normal idle. The trucj had been runnig for a while and the engine was at operating temp.
I put new plugs in it, the wires cap and rotor were all done last summer so only have abiut 10-12k on them.
I pulled the IAC valve, it looked good but I cleaned it out with carb cleaner anyway. I installed a new fuel pump with filter last fall. I checked all the vaccume lines and they look good. I did not yet pull the EGR...
No check engine light came on either.
This just started a few days ago and I am perplexed. Any ideas?
