I'm certainly not going to vote for someone who wont recite the pledge of allegiance and doesnt believe in this country. But if he wins I'll be pointing a finger at you when we're paying $5.00 a gallon for gas because he decided to axe drilling and tax corporations for more.....

And seriously the magnitude of my comparison between the cop who shot the drunk driver and this scenario is completely relevant. They both consist of a scenario where a cops actions where deemed unacceptable at first given limited information.
