Since it already has most of the obvious mods, go for a ported TB(should be under $100 and makes a big difference in driveability), a good shifter, TB bypass(I don't think it makes a big difference), cut the EGR tube in the intake to allow more air through, check the plugs to see what's in there and maybe do plugs/wires. I have a set of 28lb injectors if you're interested, but you don't need them right now. When you get to the cam, then look at some decent stainless headers(LPP or XS), the Pacesetters will rust if you drive the car much at all, and then a tune. And start saving for a rear at that point in time. Oh yeah, get a trailer hitch!
