Never had to deal with many directly....since most of the O's in the Air Wing are either pilots or the other 1/2 prior enlisted.....(not counting WO's).
Seen a few that needed their heads screwed on correctly though. Met many good ones to overshadow them. I have a couple WO's willing to help me out to this day
