A. Says she was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. Doesn't say why she was stopped and tint could have definitely been a reasoning for being pulled over..

B. I said not to quote me on it as well...... I wasn't 100% sure. That is what I heard, but if you can find the exact reasoning on it. That would be grateful.
