98T/ADriver. He dyno'ed his car back to back a few years ago, cut out closed and then open. Opening the cut out was only worth 1 or 2 hp at peak and nothing across most of the rev range. Cut outs are really not all the help they are cracked up to be. If anyone gets a big gain from opening a cut out, it really means that they have a **** exhaust on the car.
