We had a rough stint finding a house. We have the money, good credit and all the right things a seller would like to see, however we seemed to always find ourselves getting into bidding wars. In this market, once someone topped our offer or countered, we folded and went looking for another house. We originally planned to move a bit closer to my wife's work up north but for the price range we were looking for, we didn't really like the houses.
We started looking around in this area since within a couple weeks, found the house we are working to purchase now. I'll be happy when I give away a good chunk of my money and start home ownership. I'm going to start looking for ways to mod my first lawn mower
