5000 cal is a TON....
I was in HS and measured all I ate for a week...and it was non-stop.

130lbs of bottomless pit. I was up to 3200-3500 alternating days (without trying). Guess I needed your plan back then, as I coulda used the help.
Any suggestions for supplements for trying to get into a cut cycle once I get some regularity back into my training ???
