It's you. RWD is tough in the snow. I did that for years. Then I got smart (and a job) and bought a DD beater. Of course beater #1 was a 1980 Celica which is RWD and about 2000 pounds wet. So no improvement on wet roads. But I bought it for $500, hit a guardrail and sold it for $700.
