Actually, the keg has been empty for 3 months now! I've been picking up random 6 packs of winter beers and I think they come with extra calories!

It's time for a new keg so I can stop drinking the heavy winter beers.
And UB, walking/running is great to keep burning what you can. I walk almost every day at lunch time just to get out and clear my head. The past couple of weeks have been tough with the cold weather. If you're looking for some extra walking exercise, I'll give you a call when I play golf and you can carry my golf bag with a couple bottles of beer in it. That's a good workout!
